***I require a 50% deposit with the balance due on or before the day the animal leaves the ranch.
***Deposits are non-refundable.
***I operate on a first come first served basis unless a deposit has been paid.
***Should anything happen to a goat on which a deposit has been placed, the buyer will have first choice of others that are for sale at or near the same price as the original goat.
***Once buyer has completed payment and animals have been removed from sale and held there will be no refund.
***I guarantee the animals I sell to be in good health.
***Health papers will be furnished for goats leaving the State of Texas if requested, at buyers expense.
***Full payment will be required before any animal leaves the ranch.
***All sales are final.
***I do not accept any responsibility once the animal leaves the property.
***There will be a $5.00/day boarding fee charged for each animal left after 14 days from date of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made.
***I accept cash, checks or money orders ( checks must clear bank before pick up of animals).
***Sale price does not include Shipping or Transportation - ***Buyer should make sure they have arranged for shipping prior to purchasing animals.
***Veterinary services are the buyers responsibility.
***Once an animal has been placed on hold, if committment is not honored in a reasonable time OR the animal is not picked up in a reasonable time period, the animal will be relisted for sale and there will be NO REFUND.***
